The quality, material, shape, and appearance are excellent. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

Most importantly, it is too small to fit a standard rectangular tissue box. When I ordered, there were no dimensions in the description or images. The photos showed it beside familiar objects, giving the impression it was a normal sized tissue box cover.

When it arrived, I discovered it was even smaller than a typical cube tissue box. Apparently, you must remove the tissues from their original box and put them directly inside. I’ve owned several wooden tissue box covers, and all were designed to hold the original store bought tissue box.

I contacted StringLife, and they told me the dimensions were in the description. I checked again. They weren’t. I’ve attached a screenshot as proof.

Beautifully made, but the missing dimensions, misleading photos, unusual size, and inaccurate information from customer service made this a disappointing purchase.
