Thank you for inviting a piece of StringLife into your home. We take great care in crafting and packaging each item for its journey to you. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Cut Off

The order cut off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00)

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our design and handicraft studio in Guangzhou, China.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order.

  • Personalized Orders: Please note that items with custom engraving are crafted just for you and may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

"Business days" are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is $5.00, and we offer free shipping for orders over $100. 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, international delivery generally takes 10-20 business days to arrive. Please note that this is an estimate, and the final delivery time can vary depending on your specific location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

To ensure the simplest and most enjoyable experience for our customers, StringLife will handle any required customs and import duties for your order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Damages

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you towards a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. StringLife is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
